# docker swarm update

**Description:** Update the swarm

**Usage:** `docker swarm update [OPTIONS]`

## Description

Updates a swarm with new parameter values.

> This is a cluster management command, and must be executed on a swarm
> manager node. To learn about managers and workers, refer to the

> documentation.


## Options
